Thor has the power of Grayskull, and He-Man has the Odin Force. Thor has his hammer and He-Man has his Sword.

He-Mans sword wont work if he doesnt have the power of grayskull. so Thor.

so thor can go like "by thine power of grayskull! thou hast thee power!!!"

then he proceeds to become uber muscular he-thor and he stomps magic-weilding adam (which he-man will become if you remove the power of grayskull from him and swap it with the odinforce.)

Say He-Man and Thor were both born with that power, that means Thor's experience with the power of Grayskull is equivalent to his age.
