Legion had the Phoenix Force? It's supposed to be limited (kinda) by the host it inhabits. So if Legion is a 100 times more powerful psychic than Xavier, and can even use his mental abilities to time travel, how powerful would he be? Any stronger than JG with it? And if so What beings could stop him? Also, let's assume the Phoenix Force isn't being used as a plot device.
