Two fast moving Humvee's roared down the empty free way approaching the city of Maplefair. The two humvee's began to slow down as the approched abandoned cars on the freeway. They slowly passed the abandoned cars, picking up speed down once again.

Aaron looked out the window of the front humvee. He wondered if he'd made a mistake taking on this mission, but it was too late now. The squad had been told what had happened in the city, but mostly the creatures the roamed the city. No one in the squad had seen the so called 'Zombies', but only tales of the terror they cause. The squads orders were clear. Get in and get out with either Dr. Schultz or the cure.

A sign could be seen as the humvee's sped past. It read 'Maplefair - 7km'. aaron continued to look out the window before turning his head to the other marines the sat in the humvee.

Justin sat in the back of one of the humvee's with his Rifle sprawled out on his lap. He had his Ipod ear buds plugged in while he calibrated the scope on his weapon. Nodding his head up and down as he worked on the scope. This was a slight facade on his part, extradite himself from the situation at hand and focus on a tedious task. Only until they approached the sign of maplefair did it become reality. Chills went down his spine, he tightened up and put his rifle away.

He directed his sight towards the window, seemed to get darker and more dreary every inch humvee moved. Justin pulled the bud out of his ear and slid the ipod in his bag. He slid a strip of gum in his mouth and continued to stare outside.

=Jason sat in the Humvee with Aaron. He seemed relaxed enough with his head down, eyes closed, and headphones on. Heavy Metal Music could be heard through them. He seemed decently armed with an M4 Carbine strapped around him and a Desert Eagle in its holster on his hip. Not to mention the combat knife, easily accesible from his shoulder strap. For all intense and purposes he seemed to be asleep though. However when the Humvee hit a small bump his eyes opened slowly to look out the window, head not turning.=

almost there..

=He said to himself softly.=

"Nothing like a bit of Megadeth toget your heart racing." Aaron tought to himself hearing the heavy metal blast from Jason's earphones. He then turned towards Justin who also listened to an I-pod. Aaron could do nothing else but return to looking out the window.

Almost two minutes later, the city started to come into veiw through a heavy morning fog that started to appear.

"Look alive boys! We'll be in the city in two minutes. You know what to do."

~Lily was sitting beside Jason, twiddling her thumbs. She was good at what she did. But this was a whole new thing. Zombies? She had only heard about them in movies and books. "Well it should be okay" she thought. "Shoot them in the head." She gave a small smile. "Unless its the same as that one Night of the Living Dead where they chopped the Zombie up and it was still wiggling." She went pale as she imagined a chopped up body still flopping around. She shook her head and looked to Justin as he put a peice of gum in his mouth. She looked up at Aaron as he said they will arrive in two minutes. She did know what to do. she checked her gear and made sure it was all in proper working order.~

Jacob sat with a blindfold over his eyes, dismantling his M16A4, and reassembling it in a matter of seconds. He did it over and over again, wanting all of his weapons to be in perfect condition. After a few more times, and hearing that they would be landing in just a few minutes, he took the blindfold off and looked at the people he would be working with. Jacob checked and double-checked the ammo in his weapons, not wanting to miss a beat. Being satisfied with that, he quickly practiced pulling out his blade. "The best glimpse of heaven, is on the way into hell."

Justin was still running around in his head. 2m warning made Justin go limp for a few seconds. But he quickly regained composure. He looked about the vehicle, scoping everyone out. He was either gonna be driving back home with these people,driving to their funerals, or dieing with them. chewing his gum he noticed Lily look over momentarily. He motioned to his bag and pulled out another strip of gum and handed it to her "Did you want a piece? usually steadies my nerves. better than smoking."

~Lily eyed the one with the blind fold. He knew his stuff. She recalled having to do that multiple times during training. After he spoke she thought to herself. "Going into Hell... but I still dotn see Heaven. She then looked to Justin and smiled soflty. It seemed she wasnt much for talking. She reached out and took the gum, unwrapped it, and popped it into her mouth. She folded the wrapper back the way it was and placed it into her front vest pocket. She then gave Justin a smile that basically said "Thanks"~

Jacob looked at Lily and smiled. "It's not everyday that we get a beauty on the squad. Well, at least for me it's not." Jacob joked lightly, just trying to alleviate the tensions of the big mission. "Just remember that we are the most badass of the badasses."

~Lily blinked a bit. But she didnt blush. She was used to such comments. Thanks to Basic training. But the catcalls stopped when she got the highest marks in her squad. And the Respect came when she was with Special Forces. Though she didnt get any special treatment or anything. She gave Jacob a small smile and said only one word.~ .. thanks.. ~Her voice was soft and gentle, and it definatly showed how young she was.~

While the squad chatted amongst themselves, the driver of the Humvee looked up at his mirror and spoke.

"The city's just up ahead Sergeant Sheppard."

Aaron woke from his trance and nodded to the driver before looking across at his squad.

"Okay ladies, The city is 20 seconds away. Watch each others backs, stick with the group and keep your eyes open. Aim for the head and watch your ammo. Hopefully we all get outta' here in one piece."

Just as Aaron finished speaking, the humvee came to a halt, stopping in the middle of the fog that had now grown larger.

the second humvee stopped beside the first, carlos n the mounted grenade launcher. "good morning maplefair!" he yelled aloud. their was a slight groaning sound from the driver. "ah, give it a rest carlos, we can't afford another demot-" the driver stopped speaking and watched as slowly, a small group of ragged people gathered in the streets, 20 metres ahead, limping around and dragging their limbs. their skin was pale, almost dead looking. carlos pulled up the grenade launcher, aming down the sight. "orders sir?!"

Jacob opened his door and slid out, shouldering his weapon, and usied the door as cover.

Justin smacked his face quickly to keep his cool. He opened the door and dropped to the ground. It felt like mud. Justin pulled out his Magnum side arm and left the door open for the others on his side. He still had the gum in his mouth, chews became stronger with anticipation.

~Lily got out of the humvee and lookd at the people approaching. Where these the Zombies she was informed of? Or were there actual survivors? She raised her M4 up and took aim but held her fire. She looked over to Aaron for the go ahead~

=Jason got out of the vehicle, his earphones still on, but the volume turned down considerably. He eyed the zombies as they come to them. He didnt bother to pick up his weapon. He just watched.=

...so... what now?

"Hold your fire.. Everyone."

Aaron waited for for the beings to get closer. His M4 was held tight aiming forward. Suddenly one of the beings fell over, braking their leg. Aaron had an earge to go and help, but stopped himself seeing the being stand back up and walk towards them with the broken bone ticking out og its leg.

"Okay... That's not human."

One of the things made it through the fog, limping towards Aaron. He quickly took his M9 for its holster, firing it into the forhead of the rotting zombie when i came into range.

"Send them back where the came from ladies!"

Justin stood up straight and pulled the hammer back on his magnum. 6 shots a clip but the rounds were pure death. He made aim for an undead coming up a side hill fireing and nailing the bastard right between it's eyes. Not only one body fell but two. Another creature stood positioned exactly behind it allowing him to get a 2 for 1. Justin made aim for another and another.

=Jason eyed Aaron as he fired then looked to Justin. He tightened the red bandana on his head and took aim. He fired once and hit a zombie in the chest. It realed back but other then that didnt seem much phased by it.=

..oh right..

=He took aim again and shot once hitting the same one in the head. It fell down in a heap. Jason didnt smile or relish in the kill. It was once a human who just got unlucky. He fired twice more and two more zombies fell. If there was a group this big just at the edge of the city who knows how many there are IN the city itself. He then started to think, If there were zombies at the edge of the city here who was t osay there where none on the other sides? What if the zombies were leaving the city from more then one point? This could be bad. They had to find this cure, and fast=

carlos pulled the trigger on the launcher, sending grenade after grenade into the crowd. limbs and blood flew out of it and soon there was a thin red mist hanging in the air. "if this is all they can do, then this mission's gonna be hella easy!" carlos stopped shooting, watching through the smoke as a few more body parts fell to the ground. he pulled himself out of his humvee and grabbed his m249, his driver following with an mp5. "so, where we headed?"

=Jason lowered his aim, but didnt take his eyes off the explosions. He then turned to Carlos and arched a brow before looking to Aaron. "Guess thats one way to do it" He thought to himself.=

~Lily was still a little freaked out. So when the shooting started she got behind Justin. When the explosions started she realized what she was doing and stepped away from him.~ ....sorry. ~she said very softly.~

Justin stared ahead at the mayhem. Bodies flying. Limbs tossing and turning all through out the air. Blood was thick, even the blood of the dead. He Reloaded his magnum and took aim once more. Lily's soft tone spoke up. "Oh, it's alright really" He turned around and gave her a pat on the shoulder and smiled. "were all nervous. Accept the guy with the huge grenade launch apparantly." he said mockingly and looked up at Carlos. Justin face turned grim and he raised his weapon above Lilly's shoulder with one hand and covered her ear and with the other fired at a nearing zombie approaching behind them. The bullet frayed the abominations neck severing and causing his head fall off. He removed his hand from her ear. "sorry, loud gun. Didn't wanna hurt your ears" His face turned red momentarily

~Her eyes were wide but her face was red. She let out a small smile before looking to Aaron to see what was next to do.~

Aaron raised his hand, signaling the squad to cease fire. The ground in front of the group was covered in body parts and lifeless bodies. Aaron turned to the squad to see most of them looking at him, waiting for their next instructions.

"Dr.Schultz lab is west from here. So hopefully you all brought your walking shoes. And remember to stay alert, these bastard will sneak up on you."

Aaron started to lead the way after stamping his foot down on the head of a zombie that was still twitching.

carlos fallowed, checking his machine gun to make sure it was ready. "this is like a videogame, set on wimpy difficulty!" he turned to the others and grinned widely. "and yes, it is fun to blow people apart, which is why you should keep it in mind to ALWAYS stay out of my line of fire." he nodded to them before turning back to aaron.

~Lily gave Carlos at Carlos and arched a brow. "Staying out of th line of fire was obvious no matter who you were. Twit" She thought to herself. Afterwards she made her way to follow Aaron.~

Jake walked up next to Lily, and leaned in close. "If Carlos turns, I call it." he said with a laugh, and rechecked his weapon. "Commander, I volunteer to scout ahead, and see what all we are going to have to deal with."

Justin hovered over Jake. "Well, hopefully no one will be turning on this mission." He said in a horrid tone. He was scared, plain and simple. Zombies was a new ball game for him an the others. And if their was one thing he didn't want to do, it was think about a human being turning into a mindless violent brain eating zombie. He quaked from the thought of being infected.

=Jason still had his earphones on as he followed the rest of them. He didnt think it was funny at all to joke about one of them turning. He looked down at a zombie head. He eyed it for a moment before kicking it hard sending it flying with a sickening crunch from the impact with his steel toed boot. He gave a small smirk.=

... 2 points..

=He then started to follow them again.=

~Lily smiled at Jake lightly before looking to Justin as he spoke. She frowned a little before walking off. She stopped to look at Jason and then cringed as he kicked a head. "2 points? I dont... oh." She turned thinking about why guys refer to everything in relation to football.~

The walk was long, but the group finally made it into the city from the main road. More noises where heard in front of the group. Aaron hushed his team once again before making a dash for cover behind and abandoned car. The group crouched behind this car while Aaron slowly snook a peek. Another seven zombies could be seen walking about. But Aaron had learnt something about these creatures, 'Where ever theirs one, theirs bound to be more.'

Justin fell to the ground leaning against the vehicle. he reached for his rifle and arched it upward from the hood of the car. Justin looked through the scope and started to focus his weapon. His eyes wandered across the area. "Maybe seven or eight closing in but I can see 50-60 more a couple 100 yards back."

~Lily pressed herself against the car. she then looked to Justin as he spoke of alot more a a few hundred yards away. She then looked to Aaron and actually spoke.~ Sir!? Requesting to postiong myself in order to take out Hostiles from afar! ~Apparently she only spoke when requesting about orders. Her voice was soft yet demanding. In a way it showed her experience.~

Aaron took another quick peek from behind the car while listening to Justin, he then turned to Lily who asked permission to take out the hostiles. "Negative soldier. We want to keep a low profile. Were lucky they don't know were here from that entrance we made." Aaron gave a quick look to Carlos as he said this, but quickly returned vision to Lily and and the other members of the squad. "We'll take the long way round. Now let's move so we can get this over with." Aaron gestured in the direction they were to head before quickly but silently making a move.

Keith woke up, and suddenly realized the humvee was empty. He had fallen asleep! his first day in the field and he was already making mistakes. he ruffled his beach blonde hair trying to think of what to do. he couldnt believe he fell asleep, and that his squad forgot to wake him

he crawled into the cab of the truck and picked up the radio.
"hello? captain? anyone?" he waited for a second and glanced out the window. SHI*! he had already missed first contact.

Jake scanned the area and watched every shadow that even dared to move. He intentionally never fired in the first contact to make sure he had plenty of ammunition for when shit his the fan. For all he knew, he might be the only one leaving, and if it came to that, he wanted all the ammo he could get. His voice was cold and his eyes were next to soulless as he peered through the scope. "I wanna kill all of them."

Justin was a little surprised by how Lilly spoke up. She made her self heard by the commanding officer. Though shot down she still made her point and quite clearly. Her previous persona seemed one dimensional and boring. He was glad to see she had her own opinions. *hmm, must have had her pegged wrong.* They began to take "the long way round" as Aaron put it. He understood though. Low profile was a good thing. Justin himself was a little trigger happy from time to time, he knew the repercussions of fireing to soon. The grouped trekked around the hordes as well as they could. Justin's radio went off "hello? captain? anyone?" He turned to Aaron with his finger pressed to his ear. "This is our frequency.We leave someone behind?"

~Lily followed the rest, resuming hr silent persona. It was a decent Idea but Aaron was right. They should not attract attention for the moment. But it went through her mind. When would one want to attract attention? When the enemy is all around? Or when they are in front and you have a Humvee with a big gun attached to it a few yards back? She didnt know how he was thinking but she didnt question it.~

Keith must have been in the second Humvee when they group arrived' Aaron thought to himself while pressing his finger to his ear. "Okay solider, were just inside the city. You get to us ASAP. No dawdling. And keep us up to date with your position. Captain Sheppard out." Aaron released the pressure from his ear radio and stopped to turn to the group. "Well, anyone got any idea to pass the time?"

Keith heard his orders and left the truck. he crouched down on the ground and found footprints in the blood and mud. This gave him a good enough idea about the direction he should go and he was off.

He readied his AR15 and walked cautiously. he didn't like the gun. he didn't really like guns. they always seemed to run out of ammo, and his sword had never run out of ammo on him.

he heard a snap to his left and immediately crouched into firing position. he could hear talking close by. Keith turned the safety off on his gun.

Aaron waited for an answer from a member of his squad, but they seemed to just stare right back at him wanting him to think of something. "No ideas huh... Hmmm.." Aaron thought aloud as he scouted the area with his eyes. Aaron then came across a building in the perfect position to wait for Keith and watch these zombies. "That's where were heading." Aaron pointed to the building before pressing his finger to his ear once again. "You okay out there Keith? When you enter the city, we'll be on the roof of the Maple fair Radio station.. You copy?" Aaron now waited from Keith to reply and got his team ready to make a dash for the radio station.

"Sir I volunteer to.. oh forget it!" Jake jumped up and ran to his right, once he was a good distance away from the team, he opened fire on the zombies. Their attention was drawn to him almost immediately.

Justin watched Jake take off. He looked over at the station. *Nice place for a sniper* He smiled. Justin heard Jake open fire. *Damn* He started to run a little faster. He pulled his rifle up and started to check the clip and scope, looked fine. The door to the station was boarded. Justin raised his rifle and butted down the wood. Charging through the place checking for zombies. Looked clear to him. He jogged up the stairs to the roof. Justin found a nice part of the roof that was elevated, he could see Jake from the scope. Just kept a close eye on him. 360 degrees, the best he could.

"Good damn it! Lily, you follow Justin. The rest of you with me. NOW!" Aaron lifted his rifle and ran after Jake, hoping the rest of his squad would follow his orders. Their goes that idea' Aaron thought to himself when Jake started to fire at the zombies. Aaron now had no choice but to attack. A burst of ammo came from Aaron's M4 now as he pulled on the trigger. taking down two zombies, their lifeless bodies falling onto the cold ground. More zombies started to emerge from various direction almost starting to surround the group.

~Lily glared. Wasnt it their job to follow orders? It was understandable what Aaron wanted. Covert. But there went that. Now she had new orders. As soon as he told her to follow justin she nodded~Sir Yes Sir! ~She got to her feet and bolted after him. She saw the door with broken wood all over. "He went to the roof." She thought. She then ran into the building and then up the stairs. She got to the roof and imediatly saw Justin. She ran over and got down beside him.~ You went against orders. ~Was all she said.~

Justin was getting his weapon mounted as Lilly came up. He heard her speak. He turned his head for moment buck quickly focused on the area again. Justin put his scope to his eye and lined up the shot, the bullet whizzed and a loud boom came from the weapon but their was two dead zombies laying on the ground. He took sight again. "Yeah, well. Maybe if that as didn't start firing I wouldn't have had to disobey an order." He knew that wasn't a reasonable excuse.

Jake kept running, getting farther and farther from the group when he heard gunfire. "Damn it.. why couldn't they just take the chance and get to a safe position. I guess they don't believe I can handle myself out he-" A zombie came out and sank it's teeth into his shoulder, but was not able to bite deep before it was thrown off and it's neck was broken. Jake covered the wound as best he could, not wanting the team to see.

Justin's line of fire was directed more around Jake then exactly on him. But as he passed Jake in his reticule he noticed him clenching his shoulder for a moment and covering it up. *what's he doing?* Zombie came creeping up on Jake. in an instant it's head was exploded into pieces. Justin stood up in a mocking fashion and cupped his hand together shouting as loud as he could to Jake. "YOUR WELCOME!" he laughed and got back down. He looked back over at Lilly.

~Lily glared at Justin. There was a chance the zombies didnt know the sound of a sniper rifle. But there was a better chance they would know the sound of someone yelling at the top of their lungs. Justi nalready had his sniper out so she was acting as Spotter. She pulled her pistol out and made sure there was nothing sneaking up on them.~

Justin let out a sigh. keeping the area clear of any stragglers. He kept a close eye on Jake. Justin peeked over at Lilly. "hey, why Don't you set up rifle. My barrels getting hot. ill cover you." He stood up and pulled out his magnum with one hand and his pack of gum with the other. Sliding his finger and pulling out two strips of gum. He placed one in his mouth and sat the other strip still in the wrapping down a foot or so from his rifle mount. *I wanna see this girl snipe. Big gun*

Jake kept running, getting closer and closer to the target building. The infected were slowly beginning to follow after him, almost angrily.

~She eyed him a moment. "Hot after letting off a single round?" She then shrugged and un strapped her rifle. She unfolded the Bipod and set it on the edge. She didnt bother to check the gun since she already did it in the Humvee. She pulled the bolt handle so the first round could be chambered. She then put a peice of cotton in her right ear as she sights from the left side of the gun. She put her eye to the scope and watched Jacob. Now to wait for..."whats wrong with him?" She thought to herself. She opened both eyes for a moment before noticing something. She eyed through the scope and let off a single round. the shot echoed loudly to her and Justin but the team o nthe ground would have trouble to pinpoint the shots location. Meanwhile a zombies head exploded. She turned slightly and fired again, catching another in the neck severing it from the body.~

Jake leaned against a wall of a building for a second, wiping the blood from his arm, and taking a bandage to wrap his bite with. He was sure he was out of the scopes of the sniper long enough to patch up, so he successfully wrapped the wound and replaced his armor, running into the open again.

He said jokingly "I just wanted to see how you shoot and how you handled that beast of a rifle."His ears were ringing a bit after the shot. He had to keep his ears cleared incase something got close. He could always rely on his sense of sound.

~Lily looked from her scope and to Justin. She let off a small smile then looked into the scope again just intime to see Jacob run out from cover.~ I see him. ~She said to Justin. "What is he thinking running out like that?" she thought. She aimed back and fired again taking a zombie down that started to follow Jacob as he got from cover."He needs to watch his back."~

Aaron continued to run after Jake, trying to keep up. He fired into more incoming zombie, spraying blood through the air and onto the pavement. Suddenly Jake was out of view and Aaron was almost surrounded by a horde of overwhelming zombies. Most of the zombies had chased after Jake but these were new ones who had heard all the noise. Not wanting to waste anymore ammo on the zombie who kept on coming, Aaron instead ran towards a parked car, jumping up onto the bonnet then the roof before leaping from the roof over a few zombies. Aaron hit the ground running, heading towards the radio station. He looked around a few times for the other members of the squad, but they were no where to be seen. Hopefully they're smart enough to find somewhere safe. Aaron sprinted through the door to the radio station and up the stairs towards the roof. As soon as he reached the door to the roof, he took a quick look behind him to see if the zombies managed to keep up with him. Luckily the bastards can't run he thought to himself while opening the door to the roof.

"You got a visual on Jake or the others?" Aaron said to Justin and Lily as he walked towards them. "We got at least a minute or two before they enter the building." Aaron aimed his M4 at the zombie below that slowly limped towards the radio station.

Jacob ducked into an slightly damaged building and shut the door behind him. He knew what he had down was reckless, but as long as he kept some of the infected off of his team mates, it was a success. His first thought was to barricade the main doors and windows in the front, and then to make his way to the roof.

Justin turned to Aaron. "Sir I apologize for taking action without order, He needed some cover so I tried to get sight of him as quickly as possible. It was an inexcusable mistake." He looked through his scope. "I don't see anything but zombies. Lilly do you see him?"

~As soon as the door to the roof opened Lily pulled out her gun and aimed at it without looking away from her scope. She then looked and lowered her gun seeing it was Aaron. She then put hr eye back to the scope.~ Jake went into another building don the street here. What he is doing I have no clue. ~She looked around a bit.~ I dont se the rest of the team.

=Jason rolled his eyes as everyone had scattered. He remained behind the first car for awhile before Zombies began to move in.=

=He jumped out from behind the car and started to unload on the on coming zombies, slowly backing up. He then turned and ran inside the Radio station where he saw Aaron run into. As he got to the roof he slammed the door shut and braced himself against it.=

We will have company in a few minutes.

=Those who looked at him would notice he still had headphones on.=

carlos banged on the door to the roof. "what the **** man, let me in!" he turned around, firing into the zombies coming up the stairs. "i think some of them are moving faster sir, looks like they're getting over the rigormortis." his saw bucked into his shoulder as he continued to shoot.

~Lily looked back and jumped up. She ran over to the door and pulled it open, grabbing Carlso and throwing him back. She grabbed a grenade and threw it into the stair case.~ GET DOWN! ~She slammed the door shut then jumped away from the door~

Aaron watched as Lily threw the grenade down at the zombie then jumped away from the door. The group waited for a few seconds for an explosion. Aaron wondered if Lily remembered to pull the pin, she did. The building shook a little when the grenade exploded, blowing the door off its hinges. Most of the team covered their eyes, ear or turned away from the explosion and the little smoke that emerged from the door. Aaron now waited a moment to listen for any zombie and for the smoke to disappear. When he heard nothing he walked towards Lily and Carlos who both lay on the ground after their leap from the doorway. Aaron's hand was now raised out in front of him, helping which either two of them needed it.

=Jason turned his head from the blast and side stepped out of the way as the door flew towards him. -close.- He thought. He then walked over to the door after the smoke cleared and looked down the stairs.=

~Lily looked up to Aaron and took his hand pulling herself up with his help.~ .... thanks. ~She said softly. Yet again showing when it had nothing to do with military orders and protocol she was very shy. she then went up to Jason and looked down the stairs as well.~.... big boom.

Aaron said nothing to Lily but turned his focus to Justin who still looked through the scope of his rifle.

"Hows the street looking? Is it clear?"

Justin was shook up a bit. He looked over to Aaron, "uh, they are clearer I suppose. Jake's still nowhere in sight, Lilly said he had gone into building." He looked through the scope. and pointed out towards a few buildings. "Somewhere in that direction. Orders?" he said as he spit his flavorless gum out and picked up the fresh piece he had left on the ground.

Aaron thought for a moment. Do i find one of my soldiers or follow my orders and find the cure. He walked towards the door frame and looked down at the stairs that were now in pieces on the ground.

"We'll, looks like were not leaving that way."

Aaron now looked to the building next to the radio station. Its roof was to high up to jump to, but the window was within jumping distance. He now moved to the edge of the radio station and looked across at the window. Aaron raised his M4 and pulled on the trigger, sending a spray of bullets into the window. The window hadn't shattered yet, but if something was thrown at it, well then they'd be in business.

"Anyone?"

Jacob tapped his comm and was breathing very heavily. "I feel like shit Aaron... go on without me. I'm done for.." Jacob laid back, his face now growing slightly pale.

~Lily suddenly ran past Aaron and leapt off the roof. She brought her knees to her chest and arms crossed over each other infront of her face. She slammed through the window and landed in a roll before she stopped herself by putting a foot out. She now half kneeled on the ground, One knee down and her other foot on the ground, knee bent. As soon as she was steady she pulled out her pistol and looked around. "Clear..." she thought to herself... then she thought ".... ow" She got to her feet and looked out the window waving at them.~

Yay for female spontaniousness... I think thats how its spelled. ))

"We'll, that wasn't what i was thinking. But it'll do." Aaron suddenly heard Jacobs voice through his comm and then spoke.

"No, were coming for you. Now sit tight and we'll be their shortly. Sheppard out."

Aaron now looked make to the men who had yet to jump across and spoke. "Double time ladies! Lets move!" Aaron took a few steps back before running to the edge of the building and jumping towards the window. He almost hit the ground running, having to tuck into a roll so he wouldn't run into the far wall of the room. Aaron stood and brushed himself off while walking to to Lily's side.

Jacob leaned against the door, as a sharp pounding began to sound on the other side. He pulled out his sidearm and took a very deep breath, and placed it to the door. He pulled the trigger once, but the pounding only became harder. Jacob knew that the door would not hold forever, so he picked up his assault rifle and made his way to the roof. "Negative, negative. I am compromised, I repeat, I am compromised. Complete the mission. Tell them I was an unavoidable casualty."

~Lily nodded to Aaron as he walked over. Jacob resonded over the Radio and she just looked at the Captain~ Do we have Counter Measures for being bit?

=Jason watched as Lily jumped through the window. He put a cig into his mouth a lit it.=

=He took a long drag from the cig before running and jumped over and through the window. He landed in a roll like the others and got to his feet gritting his teeth.=

...Gah..

=He reached into his arm and pulled out a shard of glass. He threw it out the window and looked to the other two with a shrug before taking another drag from his still intact cig and then he threw that out the window.=

Justin checked his scope once more before he took his leap. He got within the right range and took a bit of a running start, Justin glided through the air for a moment but then dropped like a landing on his feet then dropping to his knees

"Damn, you guys rolled didn't you, that hurt."

He jogged to the others to catch up. Justin stood a ways behind Aaron and Lilly. He checked his magnum to make sure it was kosher. Justin put the gun in its sheath and pulled out the MP5 that was strapped around him. He clicked a magazine in and turned off the safety. One more flick and the laser was on.

Keith heard the radio message and soon heard gunfire to his right. but he was terrified, petrified by fear of whatever was makeing the sound in the fog. his sight was trained on the spot where the sound seemed to be coming from.

seconds passed then minutes but keith was paralized. the sound was getting closer. it was just beyond the fog, keiths palms were sweaty. and then! a cat pounced out of the fog. Keith lowered his gun and let out a laugh. he couldnt believe he was that scared. he lowered his gun, just as a zombie came tumbling through the fog after the cat.

Aaron pressed his finger down on his comm and spoke.

"Okay.. Keep safe Jacob.."

Seeing that the team had jumped into the room. He walked towards the door kicking it open, aiming the M4 out in front. He ran down the hall leading the group, making sure it was clear. Aaron switched on the flashlight attachment for his M4. The hall and staircase they approached was now lit up from the flashlight. Aaron quickly led the team down the stairs to the first floor. It was quite and Aaron didn't like that..

~Lily followed Aaron. she didnt have a big gun besides her Sniper so she used her hand gun, holding a flash light in her other hand and crossing her arms at the wrists, gun arm over the light arm. After they got to the first floor lily spoke out other then orders or requests for the first time.~ .... im all for silence.... but this is just creepy.

Jacob slapped up against a wall opposite of the door, and aimed his weapon in it's general direction. He pulled the hammer back, and released it, watching it slide back up. Zombies began to pound on the door with tremendous force, projecting the sound of cracking wood into the room. Jacob forget to turn off his comm, and took a deep breath. He squeezed the trigger back, unloading his clip into the door, and watching a lot of the zombies drop, but only opening the way for many more. Panicking, Jacob stormed his way up the stairs, pulling out his side arm, and shooting the zombies that gave him the chance. He burst out onto the roof and slammed the door behind him, pressing all of his weight against it.

keith raised his weapon just in time putting 3 or 4 rounds into the zombies chest. it didnt die but it slowed it enough to let keith find a better position to engage from. he rolled to the right and dropped his gun.
keith unsheathed his sword and cut clean through the zombies neck.
he resheathed his sword picking up his gun. "i guess i should have known this wouldnt be a normal day" he said to himself turning and heading onto a street where in front of him was the building Aaron had specified. and the hundreds of zombies between keith and that building.

=Jason followed Lily, Aaron, and the rest through the building. He held up his weapon and clicked on the light as the others did thus illuminating the way even more. He still has his ear phones on and the music could be heard in the silence.=
