Android Hourman with the Worlogog.

Like I said in another thread - theoretically, Hyperman should be ridiculously powerful due to the nature of his powers. However, because he has no real on panel feats, there is no way he would beat a confirmed powerhouse such as Hourman.

But like I said above, he has literally done nothing on panel, aside from say a few sentences.
