Well, if Scathan is truely above the LT as many believe, then he's also above whoever wears the IG, making him the third most powerful member of the marvel team.

You gave all of marvel an external form of help, where as you gave the DC side none.

So to make it more fare give the DC side the Miracle Machine, and the in-complete Warlogog.

Mxy is the only major threat and HOTU can take him.
