He'd have to be weak for that to work, iirc, Shang never takes a soul unless he's beaten an opponent, or killed them.

Bison from SFA wins handily imo.
His SF2 body doesn't as well. Maybe a 4/10, 5/10 at best.

Alpha & Alpha 3 Bison (normal) are pretty much the same, barring a slight power difference maybe.

I'm not sure if EX Bison is a canon character.

I don't think he is.

Heh, both Final & Shin Bison have a form of SNK syndrome, they're so much more powerful than playable characters that it's unfair at times.

I remember getting shitstomped by Final Bison's Psycho Crusher when I first reached him >.<
