you cannot pop out of no where, start in a location by yourself and either meet up with people or stay by yourself.

You have to post your idea in the game idea thread first to get permission before posting a thread here. Your idea sounds like for people to join in and carry it on there is a general fiction area for this in the multi author section where people can join in if they want too.
