Thanos takes 1st Age because of Spawn's power count limit and lack of experience.

Besides that Spawn wins the rest.

Thanos would make short work of 1st Spawn and if any of the other are close to him in power they go down as well.

2nd and 4th would probably nuke Thanos. 3rd might have a shot.

Plus, Spawn is magic. Thanos isn't used to fighting someone like Spawn.
