Soma Cruz can resist Stop and has some speed/agility moves to keep up with Cloud and avoid some of his attacks. Soma can freeze time himself and go Curley on Cloud's ass. Ultima is being used? Just one dose of Kyoma Demon's soul and there's no problem. Cloud is going berserk? Use Nemesis soul and he's gonna be swinging at the air. Soma has a wide variety of ways to deal with him.
