Fight occurs in the alleys of New Orleans at night.

Each team isn't told about their opponents at first but are allowed to take whatever equipment is currently available to them. No vehicles, only equipment they're willing to carry is allowed.

Each team is then given a good amount of intel about their opponents after they've selected their equipment.

Each team is given 1 hour prep to discuss their battle plan.

Civilians abound in the allies (mostly bums), heroes WILL NOT risk harming the civies.

They are given til daybreak to track and then incapacitate their opponents otherwise, they are all killed.

Villains will NOT turn on their teammates for w/e reason and will cooperate completely.

Losing team is killed along with all their loved ones (loved ones first to let them watch).

Who walks away alive?

If the losing team is killed in battle will their loved ones still be murdered?

I forgot to mention. A powerful entity is the one that created this scenario. If they are killed, they're resurrected just long enough to watch their loved ones die in front of them.

But ONLY if their team loses. If their team wins, they just stay dead.
