Are you seriously asking this question?! If I had to choose between these two girls it would be Hilary Duff in a second!!! Hilary Duff can actually act and she doesnt dress like a sl*t and poll dance during award ceremonies. No offence to all Miley lovers but that girl did not make a good enterance in the entertaining world.
And similarities would be that they are girls but thats just about it..

Oh! I hate Miley Cyrus. She is totally mad. Her all music is dumb. But I like Hilary Duff, she is so sweet and talented.
