Black Cat and Spider-man have to stop Sabertooth. can they defeat him?

On-PANEL, they stand a better chance.

Against a non-adamantium clad Tooth, they can get a 6/10, Black Cat is not super enough to hang on a forum battle with Sabes. Webbing may be the saving grace for the team. Enough Webbing then Spider-man can stand on Creeds shoulders, reach down with both hands and prolly pull his head off.
