thor kills bats before he gets a chance to pick it up even if hes worthy. and doesnt matter if thor doesnt have it in his hand at the time hes still class 100 without it for sure.

With a year of prep, Batman should be to deal with Thor. If he has access to all tech in DC and Marvel, he needs less than a full year.

Well, giving Batman a power ring would go a long way towards a potential victory. He could also score some Kryptonian tech, possibly get some enchanted weapons from any one of his allies who dabble in magic.
