Whats Panthers standard gear? Id probably give him the odds in the 2nd scenario most likely depending on what the gear is.

Scenario I: Daredevil 5.5-6/10
Scenario II: Black Panther 10/10

It shouldn't really matter imo Black Panther isn't superhuman and without his tech or HSH enhancements he only stands so much of a chance against top tier H2H fighters.
