Thor's got the better feats and stats in basically every area. One thing that might be interesting is how Thor would actually harm Qztr. He'd been blown clean through his chest and it didn't even phase him. And he can beat a lot of one-dimensional higher tier characters because of his vast BFR capabilities...but that's rendered null and void against Mjolnir.

So Thor wins every time.

I had no idea who the f*ck Qztr was. I just saw him in the high herald category, so I decided to put him against Thor in order to see what he's capable of.

Tier thread needs to be redone with new guidelines since obviously nobody follows the old ones.

Ah, yeah. Crossgen dude. I'm pretty sure he was only in the Negation series and its minis, Mark of Charon & Lawbringers.

Power levels in the Crossgen universe are pretty low, compared to other dudes. Charon, who is the ruler of an entire universe and basically it's lone God, got his arm blasted off by a ship's lasers.

So...yeah.
