i like shocker but id have to go with Penance in this fight. i think he can take a hit and just unleash hell on shocker. poor shocker he never wins.

Shocker's a tool. And Speedy is vastly underrated. I remember researching him when I was going to face him in a tourney. Kid's for freaking real.
