Anyhow in regards to this thread.Here is a Surfer nanosecond reaction feat.

The gl feat is more of a straight line movement speed feat but the distance he moved isnt mentioned so its hard to guage exactly how impressive it is.

Still in regards to that here is one of surfers many lightyears in seconds feats. Now i know this is "seconds" and not nanoseconds but considering that the gl feat doesnt give us any measure of distance then it should certainly suffice.

Now for the other feat. Here is one where surfer survives a huge supernova whose shockwaves extend into another galaxy.

Kyle was subconsciously tapping into the Ion Power through his ring...

I'm fairly certain that Oblivion was also hooked into that power.

Thats a negative,the ionforce was born from oblivion and parallaxes energies so he def was not tapping into the ionforce.

Oblivion's energies were Kyle's...

Sorta but as oblivion they were seperate,the good feats accomplished with the ring before he started tapping into the ionforce can be attributed to the fact that kyles ring was very special having been made from multiple guardians.

not too likely, seeing as how Oblivion was out roaming the universe and conquering/eliminating civilizations OUTSIDE OF the M.W. galaxy, whereas the energies that Parallax left behind when he croaked stayed in/near the sun, and its never been said that *those* energies did any growing/expanding b4 to Ob-nrg mixed in with it.

It could've been his special ring, I guess. Or with that retcon, it'd be the Ion Entity's power, right?

That didn't happen until after Kyle absorbed Oblivion into his mind. About year or two. (give or take what narration speaks of Kyle tapping into the Parallax).

Oblivion, is Kyle creation...albiet a fraction of it. Since Oblivion could only exist if Kyel lived. And he wanted to be the dominate persona, so he can stop his demonstration and show what he can really do with the ring. That's why Kyle threaten to kill himself, to end Oblivion's terror.

This scan actually explains what the Power Cosmic is . Not necessarily what it allows one to do per your scans, but I'm sure a lot of people understand what the Power Cosmic can do, but few know what it actually is, or does to the person who wields it.

Ion being a symbiote doesnt changes as much as U might think, given Kyle had absorbed a MASSIVE source of energy along w/the space whale........as opposed to just having the s.w. inside of him the 2nd time around.

I actually completely agree with this. Wasnt initially planning on posting that many feats in succession but after seeing all the GL feats...........i couldnt let surfer be outdone

So far who appears to be more powerful overall? GLs or heralds?

Yeah the original purpose was place one challenge at time. And for some one to reply, with a feat of equal or greater value.

At this moment, Heralds have more feats posted. I know for a fact, that if I wanted to cut lose, I can slam this topic with surplus of GL feats. Only becuse I am brewing up updated Kyle respect thread.

Surfer repairs the planet Sakaar (a planet multiple times bigger than earth) and strips and seals away the old power from skaar which is an energy source so immense, it could satiate Galactus hunger for a hundred thousand years. Uber feat.

Truth be told, i never actually noticed that part of the fight. That is indeed an impressive feat in itself for surfer.

Heh, I was kind off holding back from using Planetary Creation, and the Heavens Ladder feat. I guess its up to Naija boy and Ambient to determine if the challenges where met. I will look into Starheart thing.

However since the feat was a two part feat(it should be taken as two feats, reconstruction and then energy manipulation) do u have anything for kyle which is straight up energy manip that superior to it? Because the Heavens ladder feat while ultra uber is mainly a reconstructive feat (1st feat) and doesnt deal with energy manip (2nd feat)

The Blind is a weaponized entropic energy. It targets the sun core, in order to prematurely cause it to go supernova, by creating a black hole. Kyle goes into the heart of the sun, and absorbs the Black Hole/Blind.

Hmm good feat which brings about a difficult comparison. Which is a greater energy manipulation feat absorbing the energy of a blackhole or stripping and sealing away and energy source as cast as the oldpower? While both are energy manipulation, they deal with two different aspects of it(apples and oranges). If we take the aspects that make each of these feats impressive, id say they are within the same range. An indepth debate regarding the two would be pretty subjective since we arent comparing two feats that are neccessariily in the same vein. Still, if u want to get into that go ahead...........
