El Fuerte is a horribly stereotypical joke character. I really don't know why they added him to the roster.

What does he do that's sterotypical?

I don't see any stereotypes. He's fast, and he's a Mexican cook. He doesn't say essa (sp) or holmes every sentence. What stereotypes does he fit that I missed?
