Oh Glorianna is Meggan? Well now I have to rethink this fight.

Gloriana is her 'superhero name' since MI-13 annual.
Meggan Braddock, i assume, is her civilian identity.

I thought she could only make people feel what she felt, I dunno if she could get angry enough to overheat red hulk.

She is apparently better at that now.
In last, and i mean last MI-13 she was simultaneously transmitting hope to Brian and despair to Lilith.
Even without that, it'd only take one line from Rulk, with bad sexual joke in it, to make her angrry enough.
