Who wins the showdown of evil?

I'lll cast a vote to set this off.

I think Luthor would have tech that at least equals Doom's best.

Being that the armor is designed to take on the big 7 of the JLA, I would think Luthor has the edge.

Current Doom is a marvelous beast now. I'm going with Doom.
