Takion has more raw power imho. maybe so. however, this ultimately comes down to the good 'ol "implied power vs. displayed power" argument. granted, takion has some impressive feats, but he hasn't displayed anything beyond what surfer is capable of. the biggest difference between them is that surfer has MANY more high-end feats under his belt
