1. This could be a challenge since Wesker moves pretty fast but Machamp can throw 1000 punches in a few seconds and each hit will send his opponent flying. After a tough fight, Machamp wins.

3. Machamp stops here. If Arbiter plays smart, he will cloak himself and strike the Pokemon when it least expects it.

I will say Machamp might stop at 5. Most Pokemon are naturally very durable, and Machamp might be able to take hits from Akuma, or even take Akuma out before he can do anything.

I don't know who Liberty Prime is.

liberty prime is a giant from fallout 3

stops at 5, if he somehow gets past 5, no way hes beating liberty prime

I think Machanp would skool Akuma, tbh.
