I rated them based on action and overall relevance to the story. It's funny, because the Original Trilogy had less action, but the duels were sometimes more exciting because of the meaning and relevance to the plot. The Prequel Trilogy mainly focused and energized fights.

Please don't flame me if your favorite duels are at the bottom!

2. Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi vs. Darth Maul (Naboo Chamber)

3. Luke Skywalker vs. Darth Vader (Death Star II)

4. Anakin Skywalker vs. Count Dooku (Invisible Hand)

5. Luke Skywalker vs. Darth Vader (Cloud City)

6. Yoda vs. Darth Sidious (Senate)

7. Yoda vs. Count Dooku (Geonosis)

8. Mace Windu vs. Darth Sidious (Chancellor's Office)

9. Obi-Wan Kenobi vs. Grievous (Utapau)

10. Obi-Wan Kenobi vs. Darth Vader (Death Star I)

I guess i'm the only person who would rate the first Lightsaber battle between Old Ben Kenobi and Darth Vader as my favourite. Ahh well.
