he also gets his standard gear, so he has some batarangs to charge.

Daredevil gets..
Spider-mans body including spider sense and webbing
Ironfists chi-amp
Midnighters battle brain
Billy the club also makes an appearance.

They retain any knowledge/skills they already have.
They start out on a Newyork city rooftop and have free reign in the city below to duke it out.

Boo. Bats get better upgrades. Spideys body? While Bats gets Cage's body? Plus DD's senses > Spidey sense.

The battle brain is the best thing he gets imo.

Bats gets the exotic upgrades, but can u imagine a 20 ton+ chi amped ironfist punch, AND he has midnighters brain. Bats doesn;'t get luke cages strength, only his skin, he can still be KTFO.

yeah cages skin is too much how does he want to hurt him?
