Agreed, but Shiva would give hell in scenario 1-Caps higher stats and durability just about getting him through.

But Phantom is right. That fight was primarily PIS. A Superman level opponent being disarmed with a stick while sneaking up on Shiva invisible.

Losing to Batgirl twice, losing to Prometheous in 3 secs, and never been able to beat Batman. Not really outstanding.

Cap record is overall better and he's stalemated better then Shiva IMO like Iron-Fist and Daredevil.

cap should win due to his MA and enhancements...

Steve wins. More durable, stronger, and arguably just as good a fighter.
