my favorite is probably the least famous : dead men don't wear plaid.

i love it, he's walking through all these famous film noirs like The Big Sleep and The Roaring Twenties, talking to people like Humphrey Bogart and Lauren Bacall and ah ferk what's his name that was the gangster dude? Jimmy something....

obviously there has to be a suspension of disbelief but that film makes fun of all the cliches of film noir while enhancing others, and maybe it's just because i love the original films that are integrated in, but it's brilliant.
