Both have prep. Both characters are at the highest, in terms of their skill, experience and raw power. Blood lust is on, both are at full power and both are well rested.

How long is prep. I mean MR. Could make a small army with enough prep. Stryfe he is pretty powerful but not really know

Well how does Stryfe's telepathy compare to Xavier's or Sinister's? Who is a more powerful telekinetic of the two? Prep is a long time in this scenario.

Stryfe is IMO is like around or above exodus level.

If prep is long Sinister should win.
