Can the Fixer from Thunderbolts get past Dr. Doom's defenses?shaun

I think he might be able to. Though unlike Doom, who is a properly educated, inventor, the Fixer is, as I've heard him accuratly described, a "cobbler". He cobbles together existing technologies, be it advanced terrestrial tech, alien, pan-dimensional, or just everyday stuff, and twists it in new ways. It might take him awhile, but eventually he'd be able to get past Dr. Doom's stuff. Simply because it presents a problem, and Norbie has made a living out of Fixing problems.

norb abd his tech pack would get past anyones defences even doom, iron man or the fantastice four, in battle it may be different but his mental pack can whip up weapons shields and scanners like nobody's business...... he may be the most resourceful character on the battlefield in marvel
