Well could steel and his new Promethium hammer shatter Savage Hulk's face or does Hulk break DC's equivalent of Adamantium?

if it is equivalent of adamantium then no he will get smacked.

Steel would kill the hulk.

I think he'll tear it up just like he did Onslaught's.

Hulk has made a career of doing the impossible and breaking the unbreakable. Not even pure adamantium could withstand his strength. I don't doubt he could destroy Steel's armor.

Ive only seen Him dent pure adamantium.

He has broken it too. I can't recall the issue, but he destroys a pure adamantium statue of himself while fighting the Avengers. The narration specifically refers to the statue as "pure adamantium."

Unless black people make Hulk really really angry, I think Steel is just a lil bit too powerful. Steel isn't the same as a block of adamantium, he's gonna be moving around and bashing Hulk's skull in...
