No, it's the Ultimate version of Captain Marvel. His name is Geheneris Halason Mahr Vehl, which is kind of a mix between Genis and his dads names.

He's only really been seen in Ultimate Secret and only really been in one fight. So it's probably to hard to say who wins. I just thought it was an interesting match.

I think the usual explanation is that ZPE is the energy in "quantum foam" and is a such inexautable. It would also allow for Plack level matter, energy and time manip.

I have that book, and i read it at few times (Its written by my favourite writer), and at NO-Point does it say that Captain Marvels suit is powered by Zero point energy !

I've read that a cubic squared of space has 10^37 joules of vitual photons contained within it. Thats about enough energy to power one shot of the Death star lazer, which is why i have always said Zero point energy would be a great plausible explanaition for Supermans powers.
