Green Arrow is equal to or better than Hawkeye. They are, for all intents and purposes, equal in skill (You don't get better than them with a bow, they've pretty much reached the ceiling) and physical prowess. It comes down to H2H, and GA, after 'One year later', is, as far as I'm concerned, above and beyond Hawkeye. I'd put him a level just below, or even quite possibly, with, Batman, but that I will leave to be supported in the near future as we see just how much retraining he has gone through.

deadshot uses guns and never misses/bullseye never misses

bullseeye uses other things like paperclips

bullets are faster than knives

Comes down to what kind of arrows Hawkeye has and what projectiles bullseye has. And who shoots first?

First off, Bullseye uses whatever he has access to.
Second, Deadshot DOES miss, as does Bullseye, DS just misses more often.



That wouldn't be a fair fight at all. Bullseye would eat him alive.

Green Arrow>Hawkeye He gave up using trick arrows a long time ago. He is also good enough to take batman on in H2H altho he might lose.

Bulleye and Green Arrow period. Bulleye makes short work of Deadshot with some coco pebbles and Hawkeye and GA shot it out till both run out of arrows. When it goes to h2h fighting GA trumps him
