team takes the majority, imo. both could beat spidey a couple times on their own -- cap more than triathalon -- but still, combined, they should win most of the time.

His powers entailed he was three times stronger than peak human ..speed, strength, etc.

You mean does he have his powers? To the best of my knowledge: yes.

I dont know much about triatholon but I do know if he has somewhat impressive powers it would put the teman over the top since the cap is already a formidable opponent

In that case... no, Triathlon only has his 3x peak human powers.

that's a total of four times peak human and a shield against spiderman, who is over ten time peak human.

Peak human:

Strength = the ability to press around two/three times your body weight
Speed = a little above world olympic champion standard
Agility = a little above world olympic champion standard
Webs = non existent
Pre-cognition = non existent

Spider Powers:

Strength = the ability to press 200 times your body weight
Speed = 30/40 times human capabilities
Agility = many, many times human capabilities
Webs = able to hold class 50 characters
Pre-cognition = able to sense danger before it happens

In a non PIS/CIS fight there is no way Cap or Triathlon should be able to touch Spider-Man
