Sorry but I had to post this. Everyone talks about these two like they are unbeatable, so I figured I find out who every one considers the most unbeatable. Superman who can create powers on a whim, or Doomsday who can adapt to said powers almost instantly.

Pre-Crisis Superman.

Kal-L encountered Doomsday and seemed unaffected by DD's ferocity and power.

When was this?

Infinite Crisis. I don't remember if it was issue 6 or 7. Doomsday squared off against both Supermen(Kal-El and Kal-L) and Kal-L appeared not to be bothered by Doomsday. In fact one of Doomsday's external bones broke just by punching Kal-L.

Wait, how is Supes goning to win that easily if Doomsday automatically adapts to any opponent or attack?
