indeed, ryu's hyper hyudoogan (i know i spelled it wrong) to the face does the trick as well. Cable is also another opition.

Huge glitch in the game!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He switched with Chun Lee then I killed her and he came back.

Not a glitch. Its one of his moves. If you want a quick win pick War Machine and stand directly under him while using your missiles
