It'd be a long fight, but nothing these two could do would harm him

thing burns, Colossus after attacking man-thing a million diffrent ways, tires out and burns

anyman that knows fear burns under Man-things touch!

but ultimate thing has survived acidic enviroments so im not sure which way this could go

Man-Thing has low level chlorokenesis (plant control) and in some instances seems to induce fear almost telepathically in his victims
