Don't know enough about Slorioth, but I don't think Ubiquitor is a challenge for either Order or Chaos.

Slorioth feeds on Universes, LT had to interfere with this beast.

Ubiquitor is an obscure character that's seldom seen, which upon reaching full potential can traverse the Multiverse and different Planes of existence.

Destroying Galaxies is also a capability she will have.
