Everyone really needs to look in the Binary respect thread if you've never see this battle between Binary and Gladiator because these exaggerations are ridiculous.

1) Before their battle she re-powered an entire starship, actually past its original power levels.

2) She mentioned how exhausted she was during the battle with the Imperial Guards, right before she fought Gladiator.

3) The fight lasted two panels, and didn't end with a KO.

4) A nova cannon damaged her slightly, and she mentioned it shouldn't even hurt at all.

Binary had some sort of force field that repelled attacks even when she had no idea she was being attacked. Surfer tried a blitz and got put down for a minute.

But, then again, in the same comic Rogue flew too fast for the Surfer to catch her. So...

Is this better. If despero is able to pierce superman skin with mere claws then binary shouldnt have a problem hurting him.
