Of coarse I see abstracts and some cosmics surviving.

Unless I'm mistaken it's Anubis or whatever from Zone of Enders video game by Hideo Kojima.

Juggernaut could survive it, Superman could, probably any of the Green Lanterns that aren't just cannon-fodder.

Basically anyone who's durability can handle a planet-destroying blast.

Truthfully, the nature of the OF's abilities give it the potential to survive the blast, either by redirecting it into a vector trap, or by deflecting it with a space compression blast or field. Straight shields might not be able to handle it, but the mummy subweapon could give it the needed durability.
