It would be pretty close, as Sasquatch can boost his strength via pain or rage. However, Herc could most likely finish it before it gets to out of hand.

Still wouldn't be easy though.

I would say these two battle to a standstill almost everytime. Maybe Herc edges him out once in a while due to his superior fighting ability, but if they go blow for blow (as they usually do) then its a stalemate.
