Bullseye can use anything as a weapon, has perfect aim, has top tier h2h skills, has enhanced flexibility, is insanely fast, has kevlar woven into his suit, and has adamantium bonded bones.

It's actually been downplayed recently but DD's noted that Lester's punches are weighted and that he doesn't have to pull his punches at all. The biggest feat I remember comes from Captain America's Streets of Poison story where he uses his adamantium bonded feet to jump through the roof of a car.
