You forgot to mention that Dr. Ock made the symbiotes
immune to sonics somehow. whistling

with only 2 hours prep coud he really pull that off cause i dont know if he could figure it out yet.

I would say Iron Man.

Without prep he takes this 10/10. Shields that withstood nukes along with blast that has reached almost temperatures of the out layer of the sun for the win.

Iron man 10/10

This is a massacre dude no competition at all. Iron Man is on such a different power level. That's like Thor versus Shocker and Elektro. Complete ownage
