Well, I remember something from when Superman was power-sapped by kryptonite, and then he and Luthor were on the shore of a beach or something and fighting. Superman beat him then, and Superman was even weaker than Lex.

That's not from some f*cking cartoon or something is it? I was pretty sure I read it in a comic a while back. If it's anything canon, then I don't think giving Lex Super-powers is going to make a difference. They'd just be on equal grounds again. And like the other dude has already pointed out, Superman has had a lifetime of experience in the use of his powers. Supes wins this.

A while back, Lex was training in hand to hand, and after while was able to go blow for blow with Mercy and Hope at the same time in melee. Amazon warriors.
