And how does he do that?
Iron Man has very powerful shields and managed to negate Magneto's magnetic powers.

Don't see them being able to tank Nimrod's disentigrator ray, which Tony has said could > Ultron's. Plus, isn't Tony still rolling with an older suit these days?
