I would say Cheetah takes it solidly. Wendigo's strength varies depending on which one (some are 75, some are 90/100. I'll assume a strong one), the Cheetah's class 100, and faster. Wendigo has excellent regen so it probably will take awhile, but much greater speed + equal or great power wins it.
