A battle between two heroes of the future, Spider-man 2099 vs. Batman Beyond.

For the battle, Batman will carry his more standard equipment; standard batarangs, grappling cables, and smoke and concussive pellets. Their fight takes place in downtown Chicago, so nattier one will have a home advantage, so who takes this?

Does BB have access to Bruce Wayne via radio? If so that could tactically give him a good advantage. Otherwise I say Spiderman 2099 takes the majority.

If this will even things out between the two then yes, though even without Bruce, I think his current level of fighting skills is enough to hold his own on Spidey.
