zatanna feats fluctuate too much

She has plenty of high end feats, lately.

I only read the first issue of current zatanna run
if we based on her feats in seven soldiers, then she would win

Check out JLA as well. Created a spell to put Starbreaker on his knees. Weakened her, but still.

This is definitely interesting because both characters have drastically large power-sets. Toss up.

Zee's got better mental powers, Meggan can't be "pots"d or effected by elemental magic. It really depends on if we establish magical energy as "natural" enough to be absorbed or manipulated by Meggan.
