Wildstorm because, frankly, this isn't street vs. street. The WS list is at least 3/7 meta. Cybernary, Zealot, and MNer could take at least any 4, maybe any 5, from team DC.

Yeah, Wildstorm is full of metas.

Cass and Shiva vs Midnighter and Zealot could be good by itself.

Yeah. Wildstorm takes the solid win. Some of those guys aren't "street level" in the KMC sense of the concept.

While you're not technically wrong Mindset, Grifter is a street leveler as far as the fight is concerned.
