His God Blast has halted Juggernaut's forward momentum and pushed him back. He's cracked Exitar's skull (which was harder than his outer armor) with one. You have the Surtur banishing feat already posted (Surtur was a confirmed Galaxy Buster at a minimum).

Is there context behind this? Unless Krona suddenly experienced a power drop or simply wasn't as powerful as other incarnations, or Hal somehow tapped into a power way outside his usual limit, this sounds like PIS..

Indeed that is Krona. He was wielding a ring from each color of the spectrum at the time. Hal not only busted through his defenses, but also, through willpower, overcame the rings' inability to hurt Guardians.
