Leaning towards Sinestro.

The Weaponer, with a small portion of the white lantern power, was able to easily take down Ganthet (who had just stomped through countless rookie lanterns) as well as Kyle and some other veterans.

Sinestro /w/ the White Power (no racism intended) was able to, albeit momentarily, defeat Nekron. He'd trounce krona, imo.
