Hyperstorm demonstrated control of time. That's how Zemo beat Genis. I can only assume Hyperstorm could beat him in the same fashion.

True. Not to mentioned the cosmic awareness thing would be no advantage against Hyperstorm.

Hyperstorm needs to do more than freeze time, as it will only hold him for so long.
